We're Allen and Will, a professional laid-back couple in a modern 2-bed 2-bath flat just 3 mins walk from the Northern line and steps from Kennington Park.

We're looking for a weekday lodger seeking a well-connected base in Zone 2 London. Our last lodger was a nurse who traveled into London to work long shifts nearby. She loved having a quite, comfortable base in our place.

We're looking for a similar setup: a professional who needs 3–4 nights a week in London (Sun–Thu preferred), though we're open to discuss what works for everyone.

A bit about the room:
- Double room with wardrobe and dedicated desk
- Your own private bathroom in the hall (we have a separate en-suite, so it's effectively all yours)
- Shared use of a bright, fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room
- Fast WiFi and central heating throughout
- Occasionally we have visiting friends or family stay in the room on the weekends - we worked this out with our last lodger

£950/month for 3–4 nights (Sun–Thu preferred) - open to discuss if you need up to 5 nights
