A big double room is available 1st May for rent! Located in a new build oval development, you’re 10 minutes walk to oval tube, 15 min walk to Brixton high street and 15 mins to Stockwell station!

You’ll be living with the beautiful and lovely Becky! She is 26 years and works full time, social, lovely and bubbly you’d be lucky to have her!

Room comes furnished with a king bed, double wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Flat is already furnished with bits.

Rent is 1250 and deposit is 1385

It’s managed by marsh and parsons but the landlord is really involved, we have direct chat with him and he’s the type to replace a broken machine rather than fix it only for it break again! He recently replaced the dishwasher and washing machine/dryer with brand new ones. He’s also happy to let us make it our own, hence the wine rack on the walls 🥰

There is also a storage room next to the bathroom, it has heaps of space, built in shelves to store everything and hide the suitcases away! It gets super warm in there so washing dries overnight but there is a 2n1 washer/dryer anyway! Each room has a Juliet balcony and then there is a proper balcony off the main living area also, it catches the morning sun really nicely so ideal spot to have a morning coffee.

Whole flat is girlie vibes and there are many lovely pubs and restaurants around! It’s in a new build building with fob access, neighbours are friendly and we have a building chat ! Super helpful if you have a parcel arrive and want it safe
