I am leaving my room in this first floor 2-bedroom flat in a listed building!

The flat is conveniently located a 2 minute walk from Oval tube station (Northern Line) and super well connected to central london and the rest of south london (Brixton, Clapham, Peckham, etc) via bus!

All window in the flat look over an internal courtyard so the flat is always extremely quiet and shielded from any noise on Clapham Rd.

South facing windows let in gorgeous warm sunlight into the whole flat, bedroom included. The bedroom has extremely high ceilings that make the space seem larger than it is. The room comfortably fits a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bedside table (all included).

Water is included in the base rent.

You would be sharing the flat with Sophie, who has lived her for 4 years; she is a very peaceful and relaxed flatmate and works in the office 90% of the time and is often away on weekends.
The flat is great if you need to work from home, the wifi is strong and fast.
Landlords are lovely and very hands-off but always very responsive to any issues. Eg: the fridge broke a year in to my tenancy, and it was replaced within a week!.

No pests or vermin in the flat in the 3 years I've been there, the flat is well ventilated and we've never had any issues with damp or mould. And all the walls in the building are quite thick so there is virtually no noise from neighbors above or next door!

The building also has a communal rooftop that is fantastic for sunny summer lunch-breaks or sunbathing. The building also has an elevator and a porter/concierge who works in the foyer on weekdays to help with post collection.
