Double bedroom available in a gorg flat in Oval SW9. Move in date start of June just before the new lease starts. The rent is going up in June so the new rent will be £1014, bills are usually £50-100 on top but this varies month to month. Council tax band D (we usually pay a few months at a time).

The flat is super bright and lovely, it has a large kitchen and a separate living room (which currently has no furniture but will soon - the pictures are old!), a main bathroom, and a separate loo. There’s so much storage outside of the bedroom too!

10 min walk to the Northern line and so many nice shops and cafes and parks nearby!
