I'm a live in landlord, living with one other in a friendly house - I'm out most evenings but when we are both in, we try and have dinner together. My other housemate works from home so can be in for any deliveries!
We are looking for a professional, friendly and tidy housemate to live with us during the week. Depending on the number of nights required we can discuss rent.
The room is a single room, fully furnished with bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp, table and bookshelf.
We have a lovely, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room, a garden with a little vegetable patch, bbq and outdoor seating, and a bicycle shed to store a bicycle if you wish to do so.
We live in a great location - a few minutes' walk to Oval station and with many buses close by.
