Property: This stunning private Georgian house is part of the Georgian strip of Vassall Road. As part of a 2 bedroom share you have a kitchen / lounge which is well equipped (flat screen tv and blue ray player, oven/microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, couch, dining table and chairs), bathroom and a laundry (Miele washing machine and separate dryer). The house has a secure electric front gate, and a private front garden.

Room1 : The room available is a large double bedroom which is fully furnished (double bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, desk, sink and cabinet).

Location: Conveniently located, about 11 minutes from OVAL tube station. Lots of buses and night buses. Local gyms and swimming pool two blocks away. Easy to travel to Vauxhall, SOHO, Clapham, or Canary Wharf. Lots of little gems in the area like The Kennington Pub, SW9 Japanese, Fentiman Arms, Cable Bakery, the Portugese strip of bars / restaurants, and the Oval lounge. There is a Tesco local one end of Vassall Road and a co-op the other end. We are a short walk from beautiful Kennington Parks and Myatt Fields Parks.

Flat-mates: The shared part of the property has two bedrooms suitable for gay male or straight/gay female (professionals) who like privacy and space, but also sharing a coffee or meal when it suits. This would suit someone who isn't looking for a houseshare as a way to meet a social network, but is after a comfortable and private space. The landlord (gay male) and his partner live in a separate part of the property in their own living areas. They have a small, well-behaved dog in the ground-floor of the property. This property won't suit everyone - if you love clubbing and staying up late, or need to work from home, this won't suit you.
