• I've lived in this flat for almost a year - it's my favourite place that I've ever lived. My current flatmate has lived here for over two years, but is leaving London

• The bedroom comes unfurnished. But if you're interested, my current flatmate can sell you his furniture (everything is new and from Made. com)
• Living room will come without the sofa (owned by current flatmate). But we can buy new furniture together or I may buy some myself

About you:
• You are extremely clean and tidy. I want us to both care about living in a well-maintained and organised place
• You are open minded, honest, and considerate about how we share our living space

About me:
• I'm working from home (Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm) while corona guidance is in place. I may return to working at my office at some point next year
• I go to the gym most mornings
• I like to keep the place tidy and make it an enjoyable place to live :)

Your monthly share of bills:
• Rent: £1,065
• Council tax: £65
• Water and electricity: £20
• Gas: £15
• Internet: £14
• Cleaner: £25 (optional once every two weeks or however often we agree)

Total monthly cost = £1,179 (minus the optional cleaner)
The landlord is Sony Music. All costs are fixed and paid directly to the tenant agency or directly to the gas & internet providers.

One off cost when moving in:
• Deposit: £1,385

The letting agency handles all of the rent and deposit and will do reference/credit checks.
