Room in quiet Soho flat (top floor)

I’m sadly moving out of my room in Soho as I’m heading abroad, so I'm looking for someone to take my place in this lovely top-floor flat. The room is available from 28th May.

​It’s a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment. Despite the central location in Soho, the flat is a genuine escape from the busyness of London. Since we are on the top floor, it’s very quiet and feels like a little oasis.

​The Room & Flat:
​Rent: £1,200 per month.
​Bills: Usually between £130–£150.
​Space: Shared bathroom with one other person. We have an open-plan kitchen/living area and a small balcony.

​The Location:
You’re right in the heart of Soho, so everything is within walking distance—great coffee, restaurants, theatres and multiple tube stations. It’s perfect if you want to be central but need a peaceful place to come home to.

​Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with Rosy and Marnelia. Both are Christian working professionals. They are lovely, kind people who keep a relaxed and tidy home. We aren't a party house; we prefer a calm environment.

​About you:
Looking for a professional who is respectful, clean, and looking for a quiet home base in the West End.
