Bright double room near Hyde Park

Unfortunately one of our flatmates is moving out in August and we are looking for someone to replace her.

The flat is within 2 min to Hyde Park, a 5-10 minute walk to Lancaster Gate, Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations.

THE ROOM
The room contains a double bed, closet and other storage space.

THE FLAT
Very bright, cosy and clean 3 bedroom flat, 2 bathrooms (you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person), living room, dining space, kitchen with a small balcony and a storage room.

Amenities: dishwasher, new fridge and oven, washing machine, kitchen appliances, hoover, iron + iron board, TV, Netflix etc.

THE FLATMATES
You will be living with 2 friendly working professional women in their early 30's (English and Spanish). We are looking for someone similar, who is a working professional female, clean and tidy and who is looking for a home not just a flat.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is great! The flat is a quick walk away from Lancaster Gate, Hyde Park, Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations, so tons of transport at your doorstep. Three are also tons of grocery stores, restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walking distance away as well.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
The rent is £730 per month , with an extra £100 to be paid each month for bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and Netflix) The contract will expire in July 2020 but it can be renewed.

The deposit is £1060, plus £50 name change fee on the tenancy agreement. These are kept in the protected scheme with the letting agency.
