We have a double room in an incredible large, modern fully furnished flat. The flat is situated on the 4th floor, accessible by lift, and has a balcony. The building benefits from 24h concierge which is great for both security and parcel collection. Situated in Zone 1, the area feels nice and quiet for central London.

The room itself is bright as it has a big window, and storage space including under the bed and a wardrobe. There is further communal storage in the flat.

THE FLAT
The flat itself is very spacious (unusually large for London standards - the living room is very big), with a bright open living & dining space, complete with a floor to ceiling window which opens up to balcony. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and washer / dryer. The flat also benefits from underfloor heating throughout.
There is ample storage space in the living room and in storage cupboards in the flat.
The building also has 3 spacious, communal terraces for you to enjoy.

THE AREA
The flat is a 3 minute walk to Paddington station (H&C line), 5 minute walk to Paddington (Bakerloo), a 2 minute walk to a gym of your choice (Virgin Active, Nuffield or Retra), and a short stroll to the beautiful Paddington basin which has a boat garden and plenty of surrounding restaurants and bars. There is lots of choice for groceries as well. There is an M&S 30 seconds away, and Co-Op & Tesco 5 minutes away.
If you enjoy nature, Hyde park is a 10 minute walk away, and Regent's Park and Notting Hill about a 20 minute walk away.
Though it is so central, the street itself is quiet and doesn't have a lot of foot traffic. There are quite a few offices nearby so it's usually busier during the weekdays than evenings and weekends.

THE HOUSEMATES
You'll be living with us: 2 female professionals in our twenties. We enjoy travelling, exploring London, and trying new restaurants! We are both really easygoing. When we are both home at the same time (unusual pre-lockdown), we enjoy a chat and occasional dinner together. The flat never feels cramped.
