Paddington - 2 double bedrooms for rent

One of my flatmates and I are moving out of our very cool flat located in Paddington.
We've got 2 bedrooms available for rent in a nice and big flat with a living room and open kitchen.
You would be sharing the flat with two French guys (25 and 27 yo), both working professionals, who we were living with for 2 years.

The apartment (4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, large living room, open kitchen and laundry room), is located in the heart of London, in the Paddington district (3min from the station, 10min from Hyde Park), spacious. The living room is perfect for a flatmate life where we can meet to dine, chat or watch movies and where you feel at home.
Secured residence with concierge and elevators. Less than 5min walk from Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco and other commodities.

We are therefore looking for 2 people who are open to enjoy this XXL sofa and share good times.

Bedroom 1: £ 800 / month
Bedroom 2: £ 850 / month
+ max £ 70 / month charges
