We are looking for a considerate single professional person , non smoker. There will be a proper licence agreement with 6 months min stay , 1 month deposit and monthly rolling contract thereafter. We include some photos of the the lounge, terrace garden , kitchen, bathroom . There are currently 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total . Current occupiers are professionals , non smokers and very considerate people. The bills are included as part of the service in the monthly licence £1050 pcm  ( share of the council tax, water, gas, TV licence, heating, complementary wifi). Tel is not included.
