Double room in a spacious , fully furnished 2 bed flat less than 5 mins walk from Paddington station.
The room has sole use of the very large main bathroom.
The flat is very nicely decorated with a modern fitted kitchen which forms part of a bright and airy open plan living/dining area. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
Outside there is a small patio area with chairs and being south facing it’s a lovely sun trap (when the weather improves).
Security is good with a coded entrance gate and front door.
Storage is available for bikes etc.
I occasionally entertain at home but this isn’t a “party pad” . I’ll be respectful and give you space if want to have people over yourself of course.
