Large Room Beside Hyde Park and Paddington

I'm moving abroad for my studies and am searching for someone to take over my room.
The flat have 4 rooms in total, the one you will take is the bigger one, with a double bed, a desk, drawers, 2 shelves, 1 wardrobe, 1 electrical heater and one sofa, if you need I can leave my full-length mirror and two chairs to you. You will have very large space to work and enjoy your night time. The second floor is a large terrace where you can have fun in the night of summer with fantastic view. The electricity in the kitchen are fully equipped, and there are one large refrigerator and a small one.
You'll be sharing two showers and two toilets with three other flatmates: a British girl, a Croatian boy and a Spanish, all are young professionals. They are very nice to get along with We often enjoy drinks and fun times together, so we're looking for someone sociable, respectful, tidy, and who can treat this place as their home.
The transportation of the flat is super convenient, the Central line, Elizabeth line, Bakerloo line, District and Circle line are all in 6 min walk. You can get amazing restaurants in the neighborhood and a lot of Chinese restaurant is in 10 min walk at Queensway. The Waitrose, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury are also around there for you to have a lot of choices to shop. 5 min walk to the Hyde park which is fantastic for jogging and walking. One stop of trains to get to Oxford Street.
