Lovely and spacious room in Paddington

We are looking for a new female flatmate in our beautiful 4 bed flat which is a 3 minute walk from Kensington Gardens and a 5min walk from Paddington Station.

The room is the largest of the flat, with a view onto the street and sun shining
into it for most of day. The rest of the flat is
massive and has a lot of storage.
The flat contains 2 bathrooms (you'll be sharing it with another girl).

We keep our place tidy and clean and we are looking for a respectful flatmate. with similar interests to us - we like eating and cooking, doing dinners / activities together and with each other's friends, doing sports and watching TV / films. We are all young
professionals between 25 and 32 and of mixed nationalities (Greek/ British / German).

We are not open to couples, students or pets.

It is £1024/month + ~£90 for bills. The flat itself came unfurnished, so there would be a small cost to purchase a share of the communal furniture, and bedroom furniture (king size bed, bedside table, desk chair).

There would also be a small cost to take over ownership of the
communal furniture, kitchen equipment etc we got when we moved in.

Move in date is on the 21th of June 2024 - the room is occupied currently and referencing with the agency could take a couple of weeks.
