Massive Paddington En-Suite With Cool Flatmates!

Hi! We are currently under offer for a 3 bedroom flat, steps away from Paddington station (literally less than 2 minutes walk). The gigantic en-suite (pic 9 highlighted in yellow) is available.

We are getting it furnished and have asked for major things like beds, sofas, and dining tables (TBD). We have gone and viewed the flat, which is very nice. The kitchen has good appliances and the separate washrooms are a bonus.

About us:
We are two working professionals in financial services. One of us is Canadian and the other is British. During the week, we are hardly home, but like to relax in the flat during the weekends. We are very clean, non-smokers, respectful of personal space (especially common areas like kitchens and living rooms). We both enjoy football, trying new restaurants, and the occasional night out. The type of roommates that like to hang out once in a while but also have our own personal lives.

One room is empty as a friend has dropped out of the group -- that's where you come in! We are looking for a young professional who is a non-smoker, clean, respectful of common space, friendly, and laid back.
