The house is fully furnished to a high standard and set within a quiet, attractive Mews.
Downstairs has an open‑plan kitchen, dining area and lounge; upstairs there are three bedrooms.

**About Me**
I’m 50, work in property, and value a friendly, respectful and easygoing home environment. I work from home and enjoy the gym, meals out and exploring London.
I live in the house as well, so it’s a calm, well‑kept lodger setup rather than a flatshare.

**Who I’m Looking For**
Because I work from home, the space is best suited to someone who’s out at work most days. The odd WFH day is absolutely fine.
The room would also suit someone looking for a Monday–Friday arrangement, though it’s available 7 days a week.
I’m looking for someone independent, considerate and appreciative of a quiet, comfortable place to live.
