I am looking to rent out my spacious spare room with a super king bed from Monday-Thursday during the week. I am in office 5 days a week and am looking for someone quiet and tidy to take over the room on a regular basis.

I am a tidy, quiet professional who has lived and worked in London for over 12 years and looking for a professional person to take the room.

The room is situated in a modern flat with a balcony and looking over a private garden square. The room comes with a super king bed, lamp, study table and chair, tower fan and ample storage.
The flat is situated on a super quiet one way road and has double glazing all through

There is a shared living room, separate modern WC and bathroom, and separate kitchen with all modern appliances.

The expectation is that the room will be available on a regular basis for someone commuting to London during the week and staying in town.

All bills are included in the rent.
