4-bedroom house in a lovely, quiet pocket of Paddington – arguably one of the best deals in London.

The house is perfectly located: just a few minutes’ walk from Paddington Station, 6 minutes from Lancaster Gate (Central Line), under 5 minutes to the large Waitrose, and the same short stroll to Hyde Park. It’s an unbeatable spot with everything you need right on your doorstep.

You’ll be living with three other working professionals, all in finance. They’re super friendly guys who enjoy sports and often watch football together, while also respecting each other’s space and routines. They’re ideally looking for someone with similar interests and work patterns to join the house.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a new standing desk and chair. I purchased all of these recently, but they’re now surplus to requirements as I’m moving in with my girlfriend.
