Hi we are currently looking for someone to rent a large double room in our central London flat.
We are both professionals, looking for someone similar who is quiet, respectful and independent.

The flat is very well situated close to Paddington train station, within walking distance of Notting Hill, Hyde park, Little Venice and plenty of other London attractions.
There are plenty of local amenities nearby including several supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and pubs.

The flat is small and cosy and in need of some refurbishment, this is reflected in the price. There are 3 bedrooms, a very small kitchen and bathroom (no living room). The room is unfurnished with space for a double bed. Current tenant may be willing to leave some furniture.
