Flatmate Wanted for Gorgeous Paddington Flat

Looking for a flatmate to share my gorgeous, spacious flat in Paddington — available for move-in early April.

The flat is spread across two floors, flooded with natural light, and fully furnished throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine — everything you need. We also split a bi-weekly cleaner, so keeping the place in great shape is easy.
Your room is the larger of the two — a big double with loads of storage and a desk, perfect if you ever need to work from home occasionally.

About me: I'm 25 and work in marketing. I work from home, but I travel a lot for work, which means you'll often have the whole flat to yourself. Ideally looking for someone who's mostly office-based — it just makes the dynamic work a bit better day-to-day.
The vibe: I'm after someone tidy, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces.
