Looking for flatmate to share Hyde Park home

My flatmate of 4 years will be moving out on 20 June, so I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to share this bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat near Hyde Park, with access to a beautiful private residents’ garden.

The flat is ideally located close to Paddington (Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Circle, District and H&C lines), as well as Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch (Central line). Connaught Village and Edgware Road are nearby for shops, cafés and restaurants, and Oxford Circus is just a 20-minute walk.

The flat is on the raised ground floor and features a large living room and separate kitchen. The spacious double bedroom overlooks a quiet square and comes furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and plenty of storage.

Rent: £1,400 pcm
Bills: approx. £150 pcm (including council tax & utilities)

About me: I’m 29, originally from the Netherlands, and work in finance. I enjoy swimming, running in the park, exploring theatre and musicals, visiting museums, and occasionally escaping London for a hike.

Looking for: a sociable and considerate flatmate who enjoys a friendly home while also respecting personal space. The bathroom is shared (with a separate toilet), so cleanliness and good communication are important. I’m always happy to share activities, but equally mindful of privacy.
