Double room in Paddington for professional

A room has been available since the end of June in Gloucester Terrace, about a 5-minute walk from Paddington and also close to Lancaster Gate. The area is well-connected: Paddington offers connections to the Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, and Elizabeth lines, while Lancaster Gate is served by the Central line.

The room is rented with a bed and wardrobe included. The current photos still show the furnishings of the tenant who is leaving: almost all the furniture shown will be gone, except for the wardrobe. The bed will, however, be present.

The bathroom is shared. The house is fully equipped, and the kitchen has all the appliances, as well as dishes, cutlery, and other essentials for comfortable living. This is a house that has been inhabited for over a year, leased long-term, and shared with a 30-year-old working roommate who often works from home.

The room is suitable only for a male or female worker, a non-smoker, accustomed to sharing a home with another person and respectful of shared spaces. We are seeking a quiet, polite, and tidy person who doesn't cause any disturbances and who enjoys a peaceful environment. The room does not have a desk, and the living room is not designated for home working except in exceptional circumstances. Therefore, the house is best suited to those who primarily work remotely.

Bills excluded, approximately £100 per month. We are seeking a long-term tenant only.
