I have a lovely single room room, loads of light coming through and recently painted in brilliant white, for rent in Paddington available from 4 Dec 2020. The flat is small and neat and is on the third floor of a converted 3 storey house with no lift.

It is a very convenient area: Paddington station (7 minutes walk and 15 minutes train to Heathrow), Edgware Road station (7 minutes walk), Hyde Park (9 minutes walk), Oxford Street (15 Minutes walk), Paddington Basin (7 minutes walk), St Mary's Hospital (4 mins walk).

There is only one other renter with international background, one male, chef, 30s.

The property is located on the third floor of a converted house. It is close to all local amenities including doctor's surgery, dentist, mins to Tesco and 5 minutes to Sainsbury's and Morrisons. There are an array of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops in the area and Paddington Basin is 7 minutes walk.

The flat has all mod cons. Wooden flooring, spotlighting, washing machine, large fridge freezer, micro, tv, wireless broadband, oven etc.

We would ask for references (work and previous abode) and a credit check to be conducted before the start of any tenancy. The deposit will be one month with one month in advance rent.
