Most of the furniture seen on pictures can be purchased for a good price due to relocation.

Rent is £575, deposit £770, bills are £80 all in. Rent is on 29th of each month.
Potential agency fees that can be waived up to £100. TBD as the agency is currently updating its rules.

The house is newly refurbished, has a garden suitable for BBQ, has 2 other bedrooms - one ensuite so you only share with 1 girl.
The house has a medium size kitchen with breakfast plot, fridge, it also has a new dishwasher, new oven ,new washing machine and dryer. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

There's a small living room that we don't really use unless for occasional glass of wine.

Just outside the flat you can find bus stops to take you to Palmers Green ( 5 mins) or Wood Green (5-10mins).
You can reach Bowes Park by foot within 10-12 mins.
Plenty of shops nearby such as Off licences ( Polish, Turkish, Bulgarian). Tesco is 6 mins by foot.
Morrisons is 7-10 mins by foot
Co-op - 15 mins by foot.
All reachable by bus.
Wood green shopping centre is nearby ,where you can find plenty of shops, supermarkets, movie theatres.
A lot of gyms within walking distance as well. Energie fitness, Pure Gym and such.
The bus outside can take you to both Golders Green Coach station for National express (24/7) and big shopping centre at Brent Cross.
Bus 141 can take you all the way to Hackney, Shoreditch, City and London Bridge.
Bus N29 can take you from Leicester Sqaure ,through Camden and back home after midnight.
The current flatmate are both busy professionals, Monday to Friday, work in the media industry.
Smokers permitted but only in the garden. Its a strict rule.
No pets allowed unfortunately.
