Spacious first-and-second floor maisonette with a bright living room and modern kitchen downstairs, and two double bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs. I have the ensuite so you’ll have more use of the main bathroom than you would in most house shares.

The room is unfurnished so a complete blank canvas for you to make your own with all your own things.

Driveway space is taken by my car, but parking is available on nearby streets. And yes, there’s also a very friendly cat included in the rent

I moved to North London about two years ago but I’m not new to London. I work in the finance sector, I am in the office a lot but do occasionally work from home. I enjoy reading, writing, movies, music, art. I like to have friends round from time to time but we’re not loud or overbearing. Looking for a neat, clean, friendly flatmate. Ideally somebody I could get on with and spend time with but I also appreciate people’s desire to keep to themselves. 



The Area 

🚍121/329 Stops just round the corner and will take you to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly Line).

🚇 Palmers Green station is about a 5 minute walk away, takes you to Finsbury Park in about 10 mins where you can change to Victoria/Piccadilly/Overground.

🍽 Literally a minute walk to main high street; cafes, grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, charity shops, post office, pharmacy etc.
🌞Broomfield Park is lovely park and only about 5 minutes walk away.
