Hi lovely people,

We’re looking for a fourth person to join our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Palmers Green, North London. It’s spacious and has a garden. We have fantastic bus links by the house, and live just six stops on the bus away from Wood Green station (Piccadilly line). We are also within walking distance of Bounds Green station and Palmers Green station.

After living together for six months, our lovely housemate is moving back in with family.

Rent is £833.33 per month excluding bills (approx. £90 a month) and council tax (£72 a month). The deposit is £1009.

You’d be living with me (Chloe), Sasha, and Sameera, all in our 20s, and with my very cute dog and cat (Nellie and Rabbit) 🐶🐱🐾 We’re sociable, enjoy eating dinner and crafting together, debriefing after work or uni, and we love a film night in our projector room (!!). We’re ideally looking for someone in their twenties, but we're most interested in prioritising finding the right fit.

About your future bedroom:

Spacious and bright, your new bedroom is on the ground floor and it is part furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a mirror. Whilst there isn't an en suite, one of the houses' three bathrooms is off of the kitchen (you have exclusive use of this shower).

A little about us:

Chloe (she/her) (28) - I work in the disability field alongside doing a master's degree in psychology. I am a thrifting/charity shopping fiend, adore animals, and love getting out and about in London (bonus points if we stop for an iced matcha). The dog and the cat you will be living with are mine (although loved by all)!

Sasha (she/her) (27) - I have been living in London for six months since moving from Bristol and have loved it! The city is so vibrant and exploring new areas is such a treat. I am now a third of the way through my master’s in politics at UCL and plan on getting a job here after that. I go pole dancing once a week and to the gym regularly. I also enjoy crafting and cooking.

Sameera (she/her) (23)- I have been in London for 6 months too and love going out to see new restaurants and bars ! I support women survivors of trauma and abuse and am now applying to do my masters. I like going for spontaneous runs and walks exploring parts of London, love a little giggle and a crime film.

Please note, the letting agency has a minimum income requirement (to be confirmed) which means you will need a UK Guarantor if you do not meet it or are starting a new job.
