Homely and well connected 3 bed flat available 10 minute walk from Palmers Green station. There is a bus stop right opposite the flat and is about a 15 minute bus journey from Wood Green and Southgate tube station. A night bus from central also runs right outside the flat and always handy. Large shared living room space as well as modern bathroom, kitchen and balcony. There is free parking on the street of the flat on a safe residential road. The room available is a very large unfurnished double room I have added two photos of different tenants to give an idea of the room. With bills the room comes to around £800 a month. We have high speed fibre internet 1Gbps that is £12.50 each.

We are Connor and Callum looking for a new friendly flatmate. 3 of us have lived here the last year and have enjoyed making it a home. Sadly our flatmate is leaving for work. Me and Connor are actors, open minded, easy going and friendly. I am currently working in a show and Connor works in a bar. We often enjoy sport, films, gym and food together but also live our own lives and do our own thing in the flat and like to keep it peaceful. Please be aware most the living room furniture belonged to our leaving flatmate so at the moment we have sofa and a few tables, we'll be looking to add to.

We are looking for someone to become a friend and respect the flat as we have. It's not a party flat and we like to keep it clean and tidy.
