Double Room in Palmers Green

Looking for a clean, responsible, and sociable flatmate for my lovely double bedroom in my cozy and modern flat in Palmers Green!

The room:
• Spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light
• Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, mini fridge, TV.

It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat spread over two floors. You’ll be sharing the downstairs bathroom with just one person, while the upstairs room has its own private bathroom.

The flat is conveniently located close to local amenities:
• PureGym: 3-minute walk
• Sainsbury’s: 3-minute walk
• Morrisons: 6-minute walk
• Palmers Green Station: 7-minute walk
• Yaşar Halim: 10-minute walk

I drive to work in the mornings and pass by Wood Green station, so I can give you a lift if needed.

There are also several nice restaurants and pubs nearby.

Me, I’m a lawyer working regular office hours, Monday to Friday. After work, I usually like to unwind—some TV, a session at the gym, or a bit of PS5 (always happy to have someone to play with, too!).

I love spending time with my flatmates, whether that’s sharing dinner, having a drink, watching a film, or playing video games. I also really respect personal space and quiet time, so the flat has a great balance of being social but chilled as well.
