Great deal: Well furnished double in friendly flat

Hello,

A good sized double, fully furnished room available in a very relaxed and clean shared flat in a safe area of Palmers Green. All bills included. I am offering what we think is a good deal, so we can hopefully pick out a good match.

We've got a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a little balcony (which is great in the sun!), perfect hot water, wifi etc... all that good stuff.

The flat is halfway between the great Cambridge roundabout and Palmers Green High St. It's not too near the tube, but there's two different train lines within about 15 minutes walk or 5 mins drive/bus that get you to central London inside 20 minutes.. There's free, off-road parking too.

Both current housemates are male, clean, professional, easy to get along with. No particular criteria for what we're looking for in a housemate, you just need to be considerate, low-maintenance and not completely annoying.

The landlord is easy going, sorts any problems out immediately if they arise and is happy to discuss arrangements with regards to the security deposit (instalments for example). He just wants a decent tenant who will get along with the flatmates and pay rent on time.
