Flatmate for flat on central & Piccadilly

Room for rent to Flatmate!

I currently live here (20 year old female financial marketer working in the city) and love the flat, great connections to London but also nice green spaces and a safe area. The room will already have a double bed and some other Furniature.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and there is a spare room which can be used for friends (my family occasionally stays here that’s why it isn’t rented). The sofa is also a sofa bed so lots of space for visitors.

Looking for someone who works half in the office at least too so we aren’t on top of each other! Not a must though :) no smokers accepted. Short term rent is okay if you need somewhere while finding something else if this isn’t quite what you need.

I am pretty relaxed and basically want a mate as well as a Flatmate so it is important we get on! I would move in with my friends but they are all still at uni!
