Massive Room in Lovely Flat Quiet Short Lets Only

Room when I had lovely clean and homely flatmates!

Hi folks

The room available for rent is a very generous sized double room, living with me in the smaller bedroom. The room comes with a triple wardrobe (with full length mirror inside door), chest of drawers, double ottoman bed, bilateral bedside drawers, various lamps and an uplight, table/desk and a chair. (Also I have a spare duvet and pillows if required.) Also planning to get a bigger TV for my living room so could put the 55" TV in here.

-Full white goods in the kitchen (minus a dishwasher, plus a Nespresso machine) and a small dining table.
-Living/dining room is large with a secluded balcony overlooking the communal garden, 55" TV and dining table.
-Happy to provide shared toilet roll (reasonable use!).
-Parking can be arranged.
-Security gates for quick access on foot and CCTV around close.
-Quiet location close to the A40, North Circ, Royale Leisure Park (with huge 24-hour Pure Gym, Odeon Luxe, Nando's and iconic Ten Pin), Ealing (8-min drive, 12-min cycle or 30-40-min walk) and my fave for commuting by foot or bike - the Grand Union Canal is at the top of the road. Horsenden Hill or Hanger Hill Park are also nice for a run and there is a private park with lake practically next door.

About me: chilled, clean, tidy, active, loves her sleep! Available for chats and hangouts if you so wish!

All I ask is that you creep around and close doors quietly when I am sleeping! I will do the same for you of course!
