We are a gay family, living abroad and using the flat a the occasional weekend. Looking for a professional, reliable, clean and respectful person only needing a London base during Monday through Friday. There is another tenant also living in the property during the week.

We have a double room with ensuite bathroom available in a spacious, stylish contemporary apartment in Park Royal, with a superking size bed.

HiSpeed Wifi, SkyTv and weekly cleaning service water, electricity and heating included (fair usage only). No smoking in the property or in the balcony.

The apartment has a balcony and is fully furnished. There is a landscaped private park available to residents and it is located only a short 5-10 minute walk to Park Royal and Hanger Lane stations (Picadilly and Central Lines). Street parking is available in nearby areas within 5-10 minutes walk from the flat).
