I unfortunately need to leave my two lovely flatmates and double room in North West London.
Rent includes bills, council tax not included, but can be negotiated. Move- day can also be flexible.
I live with two female paramedics who often work night shifts and are looking for a flatmate to replace me, that is happy to live amongst shift-workers. Female is also preferred.
They are very social and love to chat, make music, theatre, cook, and go on adventures; however it is not a party household and ideally the new flatmate is quite peaceful.
The room is a decent size and I currently have a desk, drawers and other bits in the room.
A wardrobe, desk, mattress and bed frame will be included with the room.
The bathroom is a shower-bath shared with 1 flatmate.
We are on the top floor with a balcony and a huge communal garden.
NW10, 7 mins from Hangar Lane and Park Royal stations.
No parking
No smoking

May consider a very well-behaved cat.
