The flat is in a modern development on the 14th floor overlooking central London (yes there's 3 lifts!)

The bedroom is spacious large double, currently has a double bed, large double wardrobe, book case, chest of draws, bedside table. it also still has a large space if you need to put a big desk or anything else. ps still decorating so should have some nice art work soon etc :)

You will also have your own large bathroom, as pictured, which has a bath tub and also a big storage 3 door mirror cupboard (it has anti fog and blue tooth speaker built in!)

Kitchen is a great space for 2, and the lounge is an open plan with a nice balcony again overlooking central London with beautiful views at night.

There is also a huge private outdoor space with a beautiful park, a river, swans etc! there is also a terrace on top of the building. And a co-op under the building. The huge gym, cinema, restaurants etc all 7 min walk!

One bill already included, rest we can share which is the usual.

Transport: Park Royal station is only 5min walk and Hanger Lane station is under 10min walk! There is also a huge 24/7 Asda near by, a gp and hospital too etc.

My name is Ibrahim and I have 2 little cats if you don't mind them - they're cute and quiet but playful :) i'm a professional and sometimes WFH or out at work, or gym or with friends etc. I'm usually busy and super easy going guy and I love socialising and going out and having fun, yet respect peoples space too when needed. Looking for the same really, someone who I'd get on with and I'm sure be friends with which would be nice, a professional who is also clean and tidy like me please.
