SHORT LET- double room available in Parsons Green

King sized bedroom available from 28th March in beautiful Parsons Green. This is a short let for 6 months until September.

The House:
It’s a 4 bedroom terrace house – newly painted and furnished. The main living area is an open plan kitchen/dining area which opens out to a patio garden through sliding doors. It’s amazing in summer and we use this area lots. There is also a living room with TV which is nice and cosy in the winter.

The Area:
Parsons Green station is 7 mins walk, and there are lots of nice parks, cafes and pubs within walking distance. You can also walk down to the river in 10 minutes, and there’s a co-op 2 mins walk from the house.

The Room:
A king sized room with really soft plush carpet. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. It is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, build in wardrobes and lots of storage.

The People:
You’ll be sharing with 3 girls aged 26. We are sociable and are looking for someone who likes to come home and have a chat, eat together but also who respects everyone’s personal space and time. We all like to go out our fair share, but also love spending time in our beautiful house whether that’s watching TV, chilling, having dinner together or enjoying a glass of wine, of course.

We’re looking for someone to form part of our house, so we want to find the right person. The rest of the house is not photographed and is to be seen in person.
