Friendly outdoorsy flat in Parsons Green.

Here’s A room to rent on a yearly contract in a shared flat in Parsons Green. The Thee other housemates are Reuben, (room 1) and Max and Natcaha (room 2) . Looking for someone who’s social, friendly and outdoorsy is able to respect the house fit right in.

The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian mansion building. We have great views and get the morning light. All of the bedrooms face onto the shared living room. There is one bathroom shared between the flat.

We are Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful but is equally happy to use the shared space and get involved with occasional dinner party.

We deal directly with the landlord who are a relaxed friendly local couple. We have a cleaner that comes bi weekly. Bills are circa £150-200 per month.

Max is a surveyor who climbs anything he can. He’s usually in the climbing gym (great selection near the flat) or further afield on his bike.

Reuben works in Modern art sales, and is a big surfer, and runner.

Natacha is a performance psychologist and loves triathlon and Ski touring. She works out bright and early most mornings.

We have a preference for a girl to join to keep the house balanced and a preference for someone who would work from the office for the majority of the time. But feel free to message if you feel you are otherwise a good fit.

Available immediately but able to accommodate the right person.

Being loud in the shared space can be heard in the bedrooms. But this really isn’t a problem as all housemates are considerate when returning late or in bed by 10:30.
