We have a lovely double room available in our Maisonette flat in the heart of Fulham- please note, to keep the balance in the house, we would prefer to find a female flatmate at the moment.

ROOM
Cosy and light double room on the top floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

FLAT
The flat is split across two levels, with a large sitting/dining area and good sized kitchen with gas hob and modern appliances.
The flat has two bathrooms (including bath and power shower!) so there is rarely any cross over with other housemates.
There is plenty of storage in the house, with a sizeable utility room and some large built in storage space in the sitting room and landing.

The outside terrace is a real sun-trap - perfect for sunbathing in the day or for enjoying a glass of vino on a warm evening.

LOCATION
The flat is in an amazing location- there are great transport links- bus routes (211, 295, 14/414) are just down the road and we're within a 10 minute walk from Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway underground stations, and 15 mins by bus from Hammersmith underground stations.
Bishop's Park is a stones throw away, the Thames path and Putney are on the doorstep. It really is a lovely place to live.

FLATMATES
We are a friendly bunch; all spare roomers turned mates, very happy hanging out with a beer, but equally happy in our own space. We are an Irish lass (working in print and responsible for Kendall Jenner's face in every pharmacy you walk into), an Irish guy (working in data science with a piano side hustle), and two English lads (working in sustainability consultancy and legal services for startups). Our fifth housemate is sadly moving out in search of pastures new, following 5 years at Filmer Road.

THE BORING STUFF
Rent is £725 per month (a total bargain for the area)
Bills vary month to month, but are usually about £120 per month, including broadband, Sky TV, council tax, EDF and household bits like loo roll etc.
A deposit of £692 is required, to be paid directly to the landlord (who is fair and very responsive)
References will be needed.
