Dear All, I am looking for a tenant to take over a room next to Parsons Green Station, which is a one minute walk from the tube, and so in one of the most ideal locations you can find.
The balcony catches the sun in the afternoon and evenings and is fantastic for the summer months!
April 28th onwards but availability for earlier ASAP is available.
The room is at the back of the house and so very quiet, with a huge window for lots of air to come in.
The user easy going, I spend a lot of time in the countryside and enjoy’s playing tennis, cycling and going to the pub - with plenty of them nearby! I usually work from home for a day or two a week, and ideally the other person will be the same.
Students are welcome too. The room is 1050 without bills.
