Bedroom:
Room in two-bed flat in Parsons Green! Bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a dresser (not pictured as a brand new one is coming today), a wardrobe and a closet. There is lots of space for a desk as well. The bedroom has a set of doors that walks out to a private back terrace. It has great natural light from the doors as well.

The room is the master of the two and is £1150 + bills, which amounts to ~£100-130/month (inclusive of water, gas/electricity, wifi and council tax, which is Band D).

The Flat:
The flat is very spacious with a living and dining area and a kitchen fitted with new amenities including a gas stove, a dishwasher, a big fridge, and a washer/dryer.

You will be sharing with John, who is 24 and works in communications. John is very tidy and considerate of space - he loves cooking, going to concerts, binging Netflix shows, and is always down for a pint and a chat in the back garden :)

About You:
Looking for a young professional who is tidy and sociable to move in! You are ideally between the ages of 23-28, working full-time (min. £38K annual income to pass referencing), and considerate and respectful.
