Primary bedroom available in friendly houseshare

We are two girls in our early 30s with a lovely spacious double bedroom available from 6 June, with move-in flexibility throughout the month. Our home is a large 3-bed terraced house in Parsons Green, and the bedroom available is the beautiful primary bedroom with 3 built in wardrobes!

The house is about a 7 minute walk from Parsons Green and just over a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube stations, with bus routes quite close as well.

We share a living room which is well-equipped with furniture including a sofa, TV, coffee table, and dining table that seats 8. We're not a party house but we do love to host dinner parties and similar gatherings, which the house is perfectly set up for, but we also love a cosy night in. We also enjoy spending time in our garden in the summers; it's the perfect space to enjoy the sunshine! :)

We do share the main bathroom upstairs, which has a bath and shower. There's also a small guest loo downstairs.

There's loads of storage throughout the house that we divide equally between us.

Our ideal housemate would be a clean, tidy, girl who's respectful of each others' space, but willing to be friends/socialise. We very much want our house to be a home!

The legal stuff: We rent our house as joint tenants from an estate agent whose physical offices are on Fulham Road. Our estate agent is lovely and they're quite responsive with any issues/queries.

The rent will be £1370.55 per month, not including bills which we split evenly and usually comes out to about £120 p/m (council tax -- band G, WiFi, gas, electricity, water, TV license, etc).

Our letting agent will require one month of rent, undertake a credit and ID check, and requires full-time, stable employment.
