Hi,
I’m sadly moving out of this wonderful flat as I’ve just started a new job in a different part of London, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my room.

Available from 24th January 2026 (but later dates could be flexible!)

The room:
- Spacious double bedroom for single occupancy
- Furnished: bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table
- Desk (not the one in the photo, this one will leave with me, as well as the chair)

The flat:
- 2-bedroom flat with a large sitting room and separate kitchen
- 1 shared bathroom
- Located in Fulham/Parsons Green, with the Thames just down the street, perfect for evening walks and weekend nature time
- Between Parsons Green and Putney Bridge stations, with plenty of cafes, shops, supermarkets, and pubs nearby
- Excellent bus links right outside the building for an easy commute into central London and surrounding areas

About your future flatmate:
You’ll be living with a lovely French girl in her 30s. She loves music, sings in a choir, and enjoys sharing a meal or a chat when schedules align. She is friendly, and appreciates a calm, relaxing home, and occasional meal/movie together.
She’s hoping to find someone respectful, clean, and easy-going who values a cosy, harmonious home.
