Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving out and we’re looking to replace her asap

- Available from 1 Feb
- 1 year contract but it’s 8 month minimum (6 months plus 2 months notice)
- £895 per month for rent
- £130 per month for bills (this includes a discretionary buffer for households items, and the occasional flat vino 🍷we can provide a breakdown if required.)

🛏️Furniture included in the room:
Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror. There is space for a desk to wfh if you needed.

The flat also has a shared bathroom, living room & kitchen

Parsons Green - 5 mins walk from the tube station

About us:
We’re friends from uni who love watching cosy movies together on an evening, dinner nights & pamper evenings! 🎀

If we’re not at home, you’ll find at the gym, running/walking along the river, brunching with friends or shopping! 🛍️ we both have our own friend groups in London and are equally happy in our own company - it’s calm & cosy flat vibes.

• working professional
• up for a giggle
• ⁠respectful, very clean and tidy (we’re not about living like students)

Really, we’d love to welcome a new friend and not just someone we pass in the kitchen.
