My current flatmate is looking to move in with her bf so looking for someone to replace her on the lease! ( bit about me at the end)

📍 Fulham, less than 10 minute walk from parsons green station & from bishops park if you fancy a walk / run

🏡 The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).

- the flat is on the first floor and has a cute balcony overlooking the street in parsons green area (lots of cute restaurants / cafes nearby) + small patio furniture perf for a lil wine / espresso vibe

- The room on offer is a comfortable double with furniture including double bed (with mattress), bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe. The wardrobe holds luggage on top if needed!
💷 Rent: £1250 + around £150 bills

🗓️ Move-in date: as soon as possible — you’ll just need to complete references with the agency, and we can easily arrange everything together.

Bit about me:
I moved from Canada almost two years ago to London as a corporate girlie. I mostly work from the office in central London but have weeks where I work from home 2 days a week

I love a hot girl walk + pilates + hot yoga + tennis & always down for a last minute getaway in Europe

I travel often for work / in general so there’s time periods you’ll get the flat to yourself + or during my busy season at work (Jan - march)

Being from Canada I love having visitors - the couch in the living room is also a pull out bed so perfect for visitors / or a girls night in!
