Hey - I'm renting out a room in my house in Parsons Green. There's 2x of us here - me (around 2-3 nights a week) and another M who works in Marketing. Good house and a great dynamic!

The room is on the top floor and it's a genuinely great space - large double, full en-suite with a bath and rainfall shower, loads of storage, and a proper desk setup if you work from home. There's a TV with a full Sky package included too. The views over Fulham's rooftops are one of those things that sounds like an estate agent line until you're actually up there - they're legitimately good.

The house has a garden and comfortable shared living and dining spaces downstairs. Used when needed, never forced.
Location puts you a 5-10 minute walk from both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway tubes. Two stations, two lines of defence against TfL doing what TfL does. Parsons Green village, New Kings Road, and Fulham Broadway are all right there.

Everything is included - gas, electricity, water, broadband, Sky TV, council tax. All of it. One monthly payment and you're done.
