Flat 36 Sulivan Court, the place you want to be

Flat 36 Sulivan Court is the flat that from the outside feels a little dated, but walk through the door and the vibes are impeccable, I’ve lived here for the last 2.5 years and have loved every second. 8min walk from the tube, 4 mins the Parsons Green where you’ve got the Sloney Poney, Aragon house and Duke on the Green - the three best pubs around - a gym 5 mins away (Anytime Fitness) and just the flat you wanna call home.

Onto the boys, Evin is a 25 year old producer who has a very bright and colourful way of life, always up for a beer and a chat - but just an FYI, you will make him jump out of his skin accidentally on a daily basis.

Jake is a 33 year old cocktail maker who works in town and knows how to make a very good drink!

Both boys are a great laugh, and always around the have a chat, if it’s 2 mins or 2 hrs these boys and who you want to be spending your time with.

I’m sad to say goodbye, but you will be happy to say hello to your new home.
