Quiet Fulham Room For A Female

This is a very quiet house so would not suit everybody. Room is furnished, laminate floor. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom which must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Because of our work commitments we do not have anybody over and we would expect the same from whoever wanted the room. So there are no strangers in the house, no parties or loud music etc. The house is basically our sanctuary. There are two females. This may sound a bit negative but if you want your peace and quiet when you get home from work then this would be for you. Email responses please as I cannot always answer my phone because of work thanks. Would suit another female who is in work. Will also consider Monday-Friday or less. Nobody who feels they
should not clear up after themselves or clean the kitchen and bathroom down need apply. This is a basic room in a basic house. Not an ultra modern Fulham place. Nothing special but it is safe
and clean. Absolutely no smokers. There is a cat in the house so if anyone suffers with allergies it won't work as the cat has the run of
the house, not to the bedrooms obviously. Rent is 4 weekly not
monthly. Females preferably apply please. No home workers. I do not
have WhatsApp so unable to contact via that app.
