We have a room to rent in a modern house in Peckham/Nunhead. Located 5 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham and Nunhead stations (Zone 2). Collectively, they are served by London Overground, Southern Rail, South Eastern and the Thameslink so, we’re pretty well connected to all areas of London.
The current housemates are 3 professionals (2 guys, 1 Girl) who work full time Mon-Fri and have lived in the house between 2.5 - 5 year.
When we are not working, we are busy out and about in London, socialising with friends, trying to keep fit by going to the gym or crashed out on the sofa watching trash TV such as Love Island with a Deliveroo.
The rent is £850 per month and includes all bills, including full Sky TV package and broadband/wifi. There is an additional £17 per month for a fortnightly cleaner.
We're looking for a professional housemate who is looking for a long term tenancy, who is clean and tidy and who is partial to the odd glass of wine.
The lounge does is nicely furnished despite the picture. Will try and get an up to date one asap.
The room is a large double which, is on the back of the house, facing the garden so, very quiet. You will be sharing a large bathroom (large bath, shower, toilet and two sinks) with one other person.
Parking is free, 24/7 on the street which, is a rarity for Zone 2.
We have a garden which, we have invested in so, if you like gardening then, that's a bonus.
