One double bedroom (with en-suite) £600 and large double bedroom (with direct access to garden) £565 going in a 4-bed house in Peckham (5/10 min walk from Peckham Rye overground). This is a completely new let, so all tenants will be moving in at the end of the month.

*House comes UNFURNISHED - Please ignore questionable decore of previous tenants... Needs a paint, some plants and a bit of creative flair (we're pretty excited to do it up!) and has a lot of potential to become a beautiful home.

We're looking for two other people to complete this houseshare. Includes a first-floor terrace, a garden, kitchen with dining space, a small bedroom (which we are converting to a lounge) and plenty of storage.

We're both working professionals: Naomi 24, a freelance artist/photographer working in independent art book publishing (she also comes with two lovely house CATS!) She loves to cook, chill out with her cats, is a big environmentalist and music freak. Caitlin Doyle, 27, is an architectural assistant who loves going to the pub, listening to music and sitting about chatting.

As a pair we go to gigs, go out for food and drinks, and really just enjoy having a laugh.
