Double Room In Newly Refurbished House

Living Room (TV and table etc coming soon)

Hi!

The house is almost a perfect cube, built in the mid 19th Century with red brick and sash windows. There is a garden, though its not been well looked after (a project for the spring maybe), a large-ish living room and separate kitchen. The windows are large and fill the place with plenty of light.

It’s a small double with a new bed and a large window. You'll see from the pictures that there is currently no fridge, oven, washing machine and TV, but these all arrive tomorrow so don't worry! You can eat as much take-away as you want but it wont be strictly necessary, I promise!

I am a 32 year old male from SW London. I run a small business locally that designs and produces events, installations, etc for marketing agencies and fashion brands and the like. I love what I do and work hard, so I'm looking forward to slashing my commute into tiny little bits. I'm easy going about most things but like a clean house. I do enjoy a drink and a night out, but I'm no party animal and that isn't really what I want for my home either.

Other than that... films, dinners, wine, all the usuals. I'm looking for people to get along with and enjoy the odd bit of time together, so please get in touch if you think you might fit in.

All bills included, no agents or fees, move in as close to 01/01/19 as you can manage.
